This little boy seems to be having trouble concentrating on his school books. Maybe he is daydreaming about the foreign lands on the map behind him.
Jessie Willcox Smith (1853–1935) was taught by Howard Pyle and became one of America's most beloved portrayers of children, through her many books and the more than 200 covers she made for Good Houskeeping magazine.
Our prints are made at our location in Seattle, WA. They have a thick, white backing board and are sealed in clear bags. Each is suitable for framing or can be used as is for wall display.
